We were asked to investigate issues with a new Mitsubishi Electric VRF system serving a car showroom that was not operating correctly. We attended site and utilised the Mitsubishi Electric Montior Tool. We diagnosed 2 faulty solenoid bodies that were causing refrigerant flow issues around the system. 

We returned to replace the faulty solenoids, and the system has been operational since  with no issues or error codes. 

Job response time was 5 days compared to 3 weeks from the manufacturer.
